If you can't install the game because of error, try to uninstall NC Launcher 2 and Blade and Soul, then reistall NC Launcher 2 along with the game using default game patch directory :. And I fix it with scan button. I hope i can help. I had it too, had to scan files then restart the launcher to get past the missing file error. I tired the scan method but it had the same error as well. Make a sure you deleted all programs from old nclauncher.
