Its a solid book with beautiful artwork of the different factions in Age of Sigmar. I'll admit there's very little gameplay content, the book has about 4 or 5 missions if I remember correctly and a few formations for 3 armies: Stormcasts, Khorne Bloodbound, and Dryads.
I'm more of a hobbyist, so I'm fine with the content, but be forwarned if you're looking for something gameplay heavy. It started off a little disorganized but gave me the information I need to understand the world's history and how the it's factions are composed. When it gets to the current storyline and battle plans it begins to shine. The novel series that acompanies this book goes much deeper into the story and the characters presented here but this book gives you a good overview of what's going on and sets up the battles you can play.
This book also includes WarScrolls and Battalions to compliment the basic rules. The amazing art alone makes this book worth age of sigmar skirmish pdf download purchase but it's packed with lore and the basics to enjoy the gsme. If you are new to Warhammer, the way I was, it's an essential purchase if you want to understand the basics of the storyline. Good rules book. Good fluff and cool scenarios.
